Is this a medical or nursing service?
No. Mera Companio provides companionship and support for independent seniors. We do not offer medical care, nursing, or domestic help.
Who is this service for?
It is ideal for parents who live independently, manage their own routines, and do not need medical supervision, but would benefit from regular companionship and engagement.
Can we choose or change the Companio?
Each parent is assigned one dedicated Companio to build familiarity and trust. If needed, changes can be discussed to ensure comfort.
What happens during a visit?
Visits include friendly conversation and engaging activities such as walks, hobbies, help with technology, or accompaniment to appointments.
Is the Companio verified?
Yes. Every Companio undergoes identity verification, vetting, reference checks, interviews and onboarding.
What if we need more than 4 visits?
Custom plans are available for additional visits, longer hours, or specialised support based on your parent’s needs.
